I really wanted to love this because the stuff is super cute, but the seams started coming loose after only two wears. When I reached out, the response felt impersonal, like I was just a ticket number instead of an actual customer. Disappointing overall.

I had to swap my son’s jacket for a different size and, it was all straightforward. The return label was easy to sort out, and the replacement showed up quickly. I was totally calm the whole time, obviously, but yeah—nice that it didn’t turn into a hassle.

Customer service was really helpful and got my issue fixed quickly, but I do wish I didn’t have to go through the hassle of reaching out in the first place. Still, once I got connected with someone, they handled it well.

I ordered a jacket and a pair of chinos from appaman.com for my 8-year-old, and I was a little nervous about the fit. He’s on the taller side but still slim, so sizing can be hit or miss for us.

We went with a size 8, and it ended up fitting him really nicely. The sleeves were the right length, and the pants didn’t look baggy around the waist. They were maybe slightly slim, but for his build that actually worked out better.

Shipping was totally fine, and overall I’m really happy with how it turned out. I’d still recommend checking the size chart, but for us it felt true to size, and it was a relief seeing him comfortable and looking put together.

I figured shipping would take a while, so that’s on me for assuming. It showed up really quickly, and everything was totally fine. No complaints from me.

They're not exactly the cheapest kids' clothes out there, but the quality feels good and everything still looks nice after washing. I’ve bought cheaper stuff before that didn’t last no time, so this feels worth it to me. Shipping was totally fine too, nothing weird or delayed.

My son is really hard on his clothes, so I wasn’t sure these Appaman pants and hoodie would last. But after a bunch of washes, they still look surprisingly good. I kept expecting some fading or loose seams to show up, but so far nothing weird. They are a little pricey, and I did second-guess buying them at first, but they seem to hold up better than a lot of the stuff we usually get

The clothes themselves are actually nice, so no complaints there. But the delivery took way longer than they said it would, and the tracking barely updated the whole time. It finally arrived after I needed it, which was frustrating. I’m getting tired of the polished “we’re working hard to get your order to you” type messages when the basics still aren’t happening

I’ve picked up a few Appaman pieces for my son, and overall they’ve been really solid. The shirts and joggers wash up well. Clean, still fitting right, not all stretched out or weird after regular laundry.
The only small thing. One dark hoodie faded a little after a few washes, so now I stick with cold water. Not a huge deal. Still happy with the clothes, just not totally perfect.

I received my Appaman order and, to be fair, everything was exactly right. The sizes, colors, and items all matched what I picked, and nothing was missing or mixed up. Since it was for my kid’s school clothes, that really made things easier. Happy with the experience.

I picked up a few kids’ shirts from appaman during a sale and was able to use a discount code on top of it, so the prices were way better than usual. Checkout was easy, and shipping was fine, not super quick, but nothing to complain about. I’ll probably wait for another promo before ordering again.

From what I remember, the box arrived looking neat overall, just with a small dent on one side. Nothing major, and the packaging seemed fine otherwise

I got this coat for my kid i was kind of wondering if it would actually be warm enough for a full winter day. Turns out, yes, it kept them warm the whole day, no complaints, which is always a win in my book.

In the end, I usually find what I’m looking for here. The only downside is that certain sizes can sell out fast, so sometimes I have to check back or pick something else.

The colors looked pretty much exactly like I expected when I saw them in person, which was a relief. They matched well for me, but did anyone else have any issues with the colors looking different than expected?

The fabric is super soft and comfy. My kid seems to love wearing it, and I’m guessing it might end up being one of those pieces they keep asking for, though we’ll see after a few more washes.

I really like Appaman for my kids’ clothes. The styles are fun without being too much, and the colors always look nice in person. Their jackets and shirts have that cool, easy look, kind of like compared to some other kids’ brands, they just... I don’t know, feel a little more put together. My son actually wants to wear them too, which says a lot. I’d definitely buy again.
